Meet Lorraine

AdD (Nat), ANPA

For more than two decades, Lorraine has been supporting patients with a range of health concerns including digestive conditions (e.g. gastritis, SIBO, IBS, Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis), women’s health concerns and fertility, cardiometabolic conditions (e.g. Cardiovascular disease, Diabetes), thyroid conditions, and overall well-being.

Lorraine’s passion for the field of natural medicine led her to take on diverse roles, including serving as a college educator and clinical supervisor at Endeavour College of Natural Health. For a time, she also administered over 10,000 tests to patients as a SIBO testing lab technician. These multifaceted experiences have equipped her with a robust skillset that perfectly aligns with her role as a naturopath.

With a keen eye for interpreting both mainstream and functional pathology tests, Lorraine seamlessly integrates evidence-based scientific diagnostics with naturopathic and functional medicine principles in her approach to healthcare.

Driven by a desire to empower others on their journey to better health, she embraces each day as an opportunity to educate and inspire those seeking wellness and vitality.

As a single mother, Lorraine applies the philosophy of naturopathy to herself and her family, embodying the practices and principles that promote well-being. Beyond her professional endeavours, Lorraine finds purpose in nurturing her passion for music, particularly playing the drums, and reconnecting with nature through regular walks.

"My vocation over the past 25 years has been to empower and support people with their health journey, guided by the timeless wisdom of Hippocrates to “declare the past, diagnose the present, foretell the future.”. By having a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s health, we can better manage their health and future well-being."
