Bee Pennington is a holistic health coach, personal trainer, and author whose gluten-free health journey began in 2009 with her diagnosis of Coeliac Disease. Her diagnosis was a catalyst for change and Bee began to really understand the importance of her own health. This saw Bee undertake studies in clinical nutrition, holistic health coaching and personal training.
Bee's personal intersection of passion lies between nurturing and health. These are the two most important aspects of Bee’s personality that drive her to support and be the best coach and mentor to her clients. It's this nurturing and support-oriented nature that makes her a perfect complement to the guidance of a functional medicine practitioner.
Living most of her adult life with fatigue, Bee moved towards a whole food, healthy movement, and mindful approach to health. Now she understands her body and what guides her to feeling good (as well as what doesn't). It is this intimate relationship with self that Bee is most passionate about, as it serves to be one of the greatest health tools for when making health choices.
Bee strongly believes in practising what she preaches and being the example. She believes there has never been a better time to learn how to tune in to your own body’s rhythm and maximise your personal wellness.

Living a healthy life is not about deprivation but it is about being honest with yourself about what works and what doesn’t.
